What exactly is a 39:3-10A ??

Can they use that against you if you get pulled over for driving while susp in the future? OR does it eliminate the driving while susp charges from your records completely? im sure lot of people are interested in knowing what exactly this means because the courts are giving it out openly and there is no clear explanation for it as how the dmv sees it or how it can affect you.

How can you recover the bail money from being forfeited?

Court#1. Never missed a single court appearance until the case was resolved but the judge still forfeited the bail saying that we failed to show up one time, when in reality we did go there and got rescheduled because the court was cancelled due to a snow storm on that day.

Court#2. Missed the first appearance due to incorrect address on file. Tried to contact the court staff but they were not answering the phones for two weeks and kept getting the answering machine so had no way to find out what the court date was. Went to court every single after that on time untl the matter was resolved but the judge still forfieted the bail for missing one appearance. If people don't go to court for whatever reasons they get rescheduled no problems but when there is money involved they will do everything to confiscate it. Isn't that illegal? There is no justice left in the court system anymore...

So how can we recover the cash bail money when they refuse to give it back to you???
